Where's my DoodleChic order? 🎨
Tracking your parcel is quick and easy. Once your order is shipped, we'll send your tracking link by email and WhatsApp.
Step 1 — Find your order number and tracking link
Check the order confirmation or shipping email we sent to your inbox, and check WhatsApp messages from DoodleChic. Search for DoodleChic if you can't find the email. Your order number looks like #1001.
Step 2 — Check your order status online
You can also log in to view your orders directly:
View My Orders →
From there you'll see the latest status and the tracking link for every shipment.
Step 3 — Follow your shipment
Open the tracking link from your email, WhatsApp message, or order page to see the latest updates on your parcel's journey.
